Girls, Girls, Girls!

Last weekend I got to do a family session with four of the most adorable little ladies I've ever seen. When Chad and Sara asked me to do their pictures I was thrilled! Chad and Sara's daughter Reese used to be in my preschool class and her sister Sadie just started in my class. Over the last couple of years I've spent a lot of time with this family and getting close to them. They have blessed me in many ways, offered constant encouragement, friendship, support, and not to mention a ton of laughs! We did a few extended family shots of Sara's family as well as some fun candids and smaller family pictures too. I absolutely adore this family, and these photos! (I had to do some quick editing to get them up here before I leave for D.C. so they will need fine tuning later) Enjoy.

Tyler and Kayla

On Sunday evening I hung out again with Tyler and Kayla. You may remember these two from a shoot a few months ago. Ty and Kayla are my friend Jeff and Sara's kids and are so much fun to photograph. For this shoot we headed out to a park in Cascade that Sara suggested and snapped some great shots of the kids and some family ones as well (always a bit tricky with a 2 year old!) I do a lot of urban photography so it was kind of fun to step into a more natural setting and just play! This is another long picture post, I've cut it down twice now, and I couldn't narrow it down anymore, there were just too many! Thanks again Jeff and Sara for the opportunity to capture these memories for you.

J.P.

Last week I photographed Mr. J.P. McDaniel. I met J.P. at Starbucks, where he spends a great deal of time reading and writing. J.P. is a writer and is also interested in acting, and when he asked me to do some headshots I was very excited! My best friend Allie also came along on the shoot, and we had a lot of laughs! J.P. is kind, easy going and hilarious! We had lots of laughs and we may have discovered that J.P. has some model potential ;)
