Family Fun

Earlier this week I got to hang out with the Blackler's and their extended family. I have photographed Maddie and William before and was so excited when they asked me to come back. They are an incredibly sweet family with a lot of love and some super adorable kids! This was a huge session with William's 3 month photos, and pictures of the extended families on both sides, so obviously I had a ton of pictures and couldn't include all the good ones on this post! I chose some that were my favorites from the evening. Thanks again April and Adam for sharing your family with me!

Nothing Better

There is absolutely nothing better than watching a family interact together. I love to observe the different dynamics that are unique to each family, and even find a little pleasure in watching parents try to corral their children for photos. Some of my most favorite family sessions are the ones that are the most chaotic where the kids are just being kids...this was one of those sessions. Every time we'd get the family together, one of the kids would take off...I told Mike and Renee that perhaps they were meant to be a family of four ;) I had so much fun hanging out and capturing these special moments with these three adorable kids. I am so blessed to work with children both as a teacher and a photographer because they remind me what life is truly about and what makes it incredibly beautiful. This might be the longest picture post to date...I just couldn't choose!

Morning at the park

Yesterday I spent the morning at the park with the Apol family. I don't often shoot in the morning so it was a nice chance to play around with the morning light. We got some great shots and I had an incredibly hard time choosing with ones to put up on here. It was so nice to meet this beautiful family and their incredibly cute little boys! Enjoy these smiles, and those incredible baby dimples!
