Sibling love.

A few weeks ago I spent some quality time with Devin and Jocelyn, two kiddos who I've been photographing since Devin was just a wobbler. We ended up having two sessions because for the first one we had a tired Jocelyn, wet grass, and too much sun! We did get some fun pictures from that session, but I've chosen to only put pictures from our second shoot on here. Attempt two went much better and I was able to capture some really fun photos. If you know me at all, you know that I am not about super stiff, super posed photos of kids. I will chase a kid for hours, and love being in their element. This session shows what Erin Alies Photography is all about...being real. There is, after all, so much beauty to be found in the ordinary...priceless.

Mac is One!

That's right, believe it or not its already been a year since I first met miss Mack at the hospital! She has grown so much, and is still full of personality. I spent an afternoon with Mack and her sidekicks and got lots of great shots of her, the brothers, and the 5 of them as a family! Here are a few of my favorites from the day :)

This bike belonged to Mackenzie's nani, we borrowed it as a suprise for her.

This started out as innocent...

then got a little brutal! oh, and those bricks really are that green...its not bad whitebalance! moss I suppose.

We let Mack have a cake...

but that didn't last long...especially when the mean photographer lady took her off the sheet cause it will "look better." Who knew Mac didn't like the feel of grass! ;)
